What if I report an absence after the hour the facility has set?
If we make a report after the time that has been set by the facility, such a report will be registered by the application as an unauthorized absence. The facility will have information about the time at which the child's absence was reported.
Reporting a child's absence after the time, the parent will receive a message:
"You can no longer add a reported absence to X day. The facility has been notified of the child's absence."
In case we report absence for several days, the application will verify each day separately.
EXAMPLE
The facility has determined that the reporting of absence can be made until 8:00 a.m. on the current day. When adding a request for several days ahead, the application will verify that the request on each of those days meets this condition. It will reject a request added at 11 a.m. on the current day and save requests for the next selected days.
