Built-in chat to facilitate parent contact with the facility
For communication between parents and educators or facility management, we have created a built-in chat, which allows us to easily contact the selected person.
To create a new message, go to Messages > Messages, then use the green "New" button and enter the recipient of the message.
There are 3 types of messages:

Message to the Facility management (mint color) - this type of message is addressed directly to the management of the kindergarten or nursery

Message to the teachers in the child's group (green color) - the message will be delivered to the teachers assigned to the selected group of the nursery/kindergarten.
If you want to address the message to a specific teacher, it is worth using the private message option.

Private message (pink color) - directly to the selected recipient.
Important! The type of messages depends on the configuration of the application made by the facility, if the facility doesn't agree to direct contact between the parent and the teacher, the option of private messages will not be available.
After selecting the recipient, we enter the content of the message, to which we can attach photos, files or short videos. The conversation history will be saved so that you can return to it at any time.
A push notification will appear on the mobile app informing you that a new message is in the Inso app.
