The article explains how to properly create a parent account in the application
The parent account is necessary for two-way communication between the facility and the parent, so that the parent can freely contact the facility, report the child's absences and have an overview of the accounts.
How to start?
The facility that the child attends should inform parents about the method of creating an account in the application.
We can distinguish two ways to create a parent account:
-
Through the activation link - the facility creates an account in the application, and an email with an activation link is automatically sent to the designated email address.
-
Using the Access code - the institution provides an access code with instructions, with the help of which the parent himself can create his account in the application.
I way
It is the responsibility of the facility to create parent accounts. The parent's account will be associated with the parent's email address. Once an account is created, the parent should receive an automatically generated message to the mailbox confirming the creation and the possibility of activating the account.
After receiving such a message, use the blue Activate parent account button.
Then enter the child's date of birth and click Confirm account.
The application will display the regulations and privacy policy available for the parent to read. To continue the process of creating a parent account, please select I accept.
The next step is to set a password for the Inso application:
Once the account is properly activated, we have access to the parent's account in the Inso application, where we can keep up to date with information about our child.
To log in to a parent's account, use https://app.inso.pl/login or the mobile app using your email address and established password.
II way
If a parent has received an individual access code assigned to a child from the facility, a parent should create an account on the Inso application themselves.
How to do it?
Go to inso.pl/dla-rodzicow, then click the white 'Załóż konto' button.
Under the form displayed, you can change the language. In the form, you need to enter the access code you received from the facility, your data, and enter your email address and password, used later to log in.
After completing the form, confirm the creation of a parent account by entering your child's date of birth, and then click 'Add Child'.
Once the account is properly activated, we have access to the parent's account in the Inso application, where we can keep up to date with information about our child.
To log in to a parent's account, use https://app.inso.pl/login or the mobile app using your email address and established password.
