Information on online payments in the application using the AutoPay platform
In our application, you can check the settlement for your child's stay in the facility at any time and make payments online (if the facility has provided this option).
Bill preview
Go to the Settlements > Settlements List module, to check the components of the child's billing, select the View bill option.
In the settlement summary, you can see the amount to be paid, the amount paid and the current balance of the settlement. In the settlement summary, we can also check the payment deadline.
If the facility has separate billing accounts for meals and tuition fee, each of these items will have a separate account balance.
Online payment
The main advantage of paying online through the application is that the amount is immediately booked to the child's account. If you make a traditional transfer, the facility has to book the payment, hence it may appear in your child's account until a few days later.
You can make a payment through the app by clicking the Pay the bill button.
You will be redirected to select a bank. Select the appropriate bank, accept the payment terms and conditions and click on the Go to payment button
Once you log into your bank, your payment details will be automatically completed. In order to complete the payment, you need to approve the transfer on your bank account.
Important! AutoPay charges a commission of 1 PLN for every 1,000 PLN. If you have an amount of 782 PLN to pay then the commission is 1 PLN, while with an amount of 1345 PLN the commission increases to 2 PLN.
